No threat logs in firewall

The firewall web cross-date retrieval threat log returns blank results

View configuration:

1.Storage enabled and occupied (using the lab as an example)

2.Records found in statistics

3.Fast logging not configured:

4.Records found under drive storage path:

5.Change log retrieval time to the timestamp with records in the folder for successful log retrieval.

Understand the issue. Currently, the firewall uses this display mechanism. The first page shows the start date, which will be empty if no logs are generated that day. Select the previous or next day for querying.

This mechanism primarily prevents the processor from malfunctioning due to displaying a large number of logs at once during range queries.

Therefore, when encountering such issues, you can check for log records via the command line.
