Problem Description

campusPlatform login users have the same user authority, but only the admin account can view specific content under Analytics - Network Analytics, while other accounts cannot display complete content.Granting roles such as Analytics Configuration View Role, Analytics Configuration Management Role, or analytics component Business View Role to individual accounts has no effect.

Process Analysis

The reason is that the device is not bound to the region, so other users cannot see the device information.

Solution

Log in as the admin userNavigate to the [Analysis > Analysis option > resource management (RM) > Area Management > Geographic Area] page, then click the <Add Area> buttonAdd a new area and bind the device to the area.
