Recently, it was found that the automatic backup of system data on site 0750P09 management platform is not working. Checking the operation log shows no automatic backups have been performed since September 2023. Only manual backup records exist in the subsequent backup history.

Process Analysis
It was acknowledged that the root password had been modified before the on-site failure occurred. The root password contained special characters and functioned normally after modification.
Solution
Use a root password without special symbols. If necessary, you can use @ (it is recommended not to place it at the beginning or end of the password to avoid affecting logical judgments during script execution)
