Problem Description
The S5570S-54S-EI has a power supply whose serial number and voltage/power information cannot be viewed during diagnostics.
Process Analysis
On-site inspection of the power supply revealed a 70W power supply.
According to the official website, the 5570s is configured with only one model of 70W power supply, the CA-70A12, with the following description.
When using the CA-70A12 power supply, the electronic label information of the power supply cannot be viewed.
