Problem Description

TLS connection exception between CPE and RR

Process Analysis

1. Check that the TLS status on the CPE is init

2. Acknowledge that the SDWAN server status of the RR device is normal

3. The CPE cannot ping the public IP on the RR side

4. Acknowledge that the headquarters side has a fixed public IP. When specifying the SDWAN server on the branch side, the public IP should be specified, but a private network IP was actually configured

 sdwan server system-ip 24.12.8.101 ip 192.168.1.1

Solution

When specifying the sdwan server on the branch side, a public IP must be specified
