Problem Description

During IRF setup for field devices, after inserting optical-to-electrical modules to connect to the peer server, the interfaces with these modules spontaneously go down and do not automatically recover to up status. Recovery requires re-plugging the network cable and module, or in some cases, just re-plugging the cable. According to field feedback, this issue has occurred multiple times and is not limited to a specific interface—all interfaces using this optical-to-electrical module are affected.
