High ping latency issue with S5130V2-LI/S5130V2-SI switch

Switch version: 3507P18

Only one PC is connected to the switch, and nothing else is connected. The delay when pinging the switch occasionally increases.

Investigation revealed that the device processor usage is relatively high under almost no load.

Check the high-usage process; the TMTH process occupies a significant portion.

The current version has a known issue resolved by patch 3507P18HS02.

Issue symptom: High TMTH process usage on the device.

Condition: Execute command display process to check TMTH process status information.
