Problem Description
An H3C G6
server paired with an MCTP Over PCIe protocol card is experiencing intermittent
BMC (Browser Control Center) abnormal restarts with unpredictable intervals.
The error message is as follows: Management controller off-line---BMC WDT1
timeout event happened.

An H3C G6 server paired with an MCTP Over PCIe protocol card is experiencing intermittent BMC (Browser Control Center) abnormal restarts with unpredictable intervals. The error message is as follows: Management controller off-line---BMC WDT1 timeout event happened.
Workaround/Solutions
Upgrade to HDM2-2.26 or later.
Note: HDM2-2.26 and later versions have fixed the above-mentioned known issues. If the problem persists after upgrading to this version, it may be due to other unknown root causes. Please contact the technical support center for further assistance.
