Problem Description
USB was not visible during boot process as you can see in the attached screenshot.
Process Analysis
We were installing CAS on H3C R6700 G6 server but USB was not visible during boot so we analyze the following troubleshooting.
1. Checked all other ports but no result.
2. Recreated the bootable USB but no result.
3. Tried different USBs but no result.
3. Changed the boot sequence but no result.
Solution
After changing the BIOS to default setting the issue was resolved as you can see in the attached screenshot.
